Nestled in the valley, Sugar Lake is one of NW PA's 50 glacial lakes. Our families have enjoyed Pontoon boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing (both from shore or on fishing boats and canoes) for more than 30 years. The lake has limited h/p and is NOT for high powered activities.

This four bedroom 1 bathroom farrmhouse can sleep 8. It has an eat in kitchen as well as another dining table in the living area; that can also be used as a great place to play games or work on puzzles on a chilly and/or rainy day. The living room is spacious and has enough seating for everyone. The kitchen and bathroom has been completely renovated with all modern amenities. The kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven and a full size refrigerator. The bathroom ceramic walk in shower and sink with an antique vanity that takes you back to earlier days. Keep in mind at the time when this house was built there was no indoor plumbing.
Three bedrooms with Queen bed; one with two twins. Sleeps No More than eight persons. Fully modern bathroom with a farmhouse flare. Flat screen TV; indoor dining; gas grill; large porch; private fire pit; corn hole; outdoor jenga; fishing from shore; swimming, bring your kayaks or paddle boards; the public boat launch is very nearby. Towels, linens, toilet paper supplied and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking available for four vehicles. No smoking or pets.

The local watering hole and restaurant across the lake has atv and cycle rallies throughout the summer and fall season and have entertainment on some weekends.
There are also a number of great restaurants and breweries in both Meadville and Franklin (both less than 15 miles to the West and East). There are no Uber services that we are aware of so be sure to drive responsibly.
Davenport Winery is a short drive away in the Meadville area.; Wilhelm Winery and Conneaut Cellars Winery are appoximately a 30 minute drive.
Mt. Hope Golf Course is a ten minute drive to the North and Sleepy Hollow GC is ten minutes to the East.
Nature lovers are always looking for ways to enjoy the outdoors. The Erie National Refuge is just five minutes away and there are hiking trails abound
